Edward holds a BS from the Citadel (1995) as well as a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University (1998). His experience in the wetlands, permitting and entitlement provide a unique skill set which has proven invaluable in the acquisition and disposition of raw and vacant land for development purposes. He oversees the Retail Site Selection division of the company, a program which blends demographic data with traffic, access and competition to qualify reliable opportunity. To date, numerous retailers use these results as they consider sales, leasing and new development.
Edward is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and serves on the CTAR Legislative Committee. He and his wife Cameron live in Mount Pleasant with their children Sarah and Will.

Benjy holds a BA from the University of South Carolina in Public Relation and Mass Communications, where he graduated in 1995. After spending a number of years traveling after school, he settled into Charleston, his permanent residence since 1998. He and his wife Brandi live in Mount Pleasant with their children Anna Clark, Benjamin and Tallulah. With over eleven years of experience in the commercial real estate business, his expertise and knowledge of the regional and national investment market are extensive. His clients continue to benefit from his focus in Triple Net sales and 1031 exchanges. Locally, he represents national home builders, multi-family operators and land owners as they work to bring development projects to fruition. He is a member of the Realtor Land Institute, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. He currently serves as Chairman of the Charleston County Parks & Recreation Commission, and was named the Costar Power Broker of the Year for 2015 and 2016 based on transaction volume.
